Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field and preferably Managers specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or relevant roles.
- Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines
- Excellent customer service skills as well as a business mindset
- Demonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- Reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Outstanding leadership skills and great attention to detail
- Applicant maximum age limit of 40 years old
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
