Responsibilities
- • Conduct marketing analysis on competitor’s products and services.
- • Design and present innovative promotional ideas, strategies and activities to enhance sales productivity.
- • Conceptualise, plan, implement and coordinate promotional events e.g. roadshow, launches, etc.
- • Monitor ongoing marketing campaigns according to budget allocation.
- • Prepare summaries expenditure at the end of marketing campaigns.
- • Liaise with developers for new project acquisition including contract period, propose pricing strategy, sales projection, profit allocation and etc.
- • Work with in-house designer to produce and manage the production marketing materials.
- • Plan and execute and marketing strategies and promotional activities in social media e.g. Facebook etc.
- • Manage & monitor contents of social media platforms e.g. Facebook etc.
- • Assist in training and developing other sales & marketing junior executives within a team oriented environment.
Requirements
- • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Sales and Marketing equivalent / Mass Communications equivalent.
- • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- • Full-Time position(s) available.
- • Required language(s): English, Mandarin, & Bahasa Malaysia.
- • Strong communicating and writing skills required.
- • Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office.
- • A good team player has initiative and is able to work independently.
- • Aggressive team player & multitasking.
- • Posses own transport and willing to travel.
